Garlic Class

Want to start growing your own garlic? Homegrown garlic has so much flavor, easy to add to dishes, and has many health benefits. 

We grow hard neck garlic which you plant in the fall. We will get dirty in the garden and demonstrate how to plant and take care of the garlic plants through their growing season. Then we will head to the kitchen to learn how to store, cook, make honey fermented garlic, and get to know all the health benefits. You'll receive garlic cloves to take home to grow your own.  

Thursday, October 3rd from 6:30-8:00 pm at the farm.

Please order tickets by September 30th. 6 or more tickets need to be sold for event to happen.
