Home raised Angus beef on our ranch north of Menoken. Tender, flavorful beef with excellent marbling. Raised on grass, then finished on grains. USDA-inspected.

Beef Share

Receive 3 boxes with a variety of cuts and ground beef throughout the summer from June through August. Family share will receive approximately 60 pounds and standard share 30 pounds for the season.

Quarter - $2.70/lb
Half -$2.60/lb
Whole - $2.50/lb

Add processing fee which is approximately $1.00/lb hanging weight.

Hanging weight will differ with each beef, but typically a whole beef is between 750-800 lbs. A whole beef will come to over 400 lbs of beef for your freezer.
