In the summer there is a spacious lawn with garden and farm life views. 

Bookings start April 2024. 

Rental Rates:

Half Day (up to 4 hours): $100

Full Day: $200

Rental fee includes 8 ft tables and chairs, pool table, comfy living area with couches, and television. Family/kids room also available but for an additional $25. That includes kids' toys, couches, and television. 

Kitchen available for needs such as refrigeration, sink, water, plug ins, and microwave. You may use serving ware and utensils but need to be washed and put away. Use of ice machine and oven is an additional $15.

Table clothes available to rent for $10 each. 

Catering available for additional costs. Catering over $400 will get a discount on rental fee. Please contact for quotes.

Commercial Kitchen also available to rent. Please contact us as more information would be needed to assess what equipment would be needed, multiple days, etc.
